Do Nothing with the garment before bringing it in, this can be crucial to stain removal. The best thing to do is simply bring your garment in as soon as possible. Try to remember exactly what the stain is so the spotters can use the proper techniques when removing it. We do not recommend trying different home remedies, because many times they will only set the stain further. This makes it much more difficult to remove and can even lead to color loss.
Wedding Gowns
Wedding gowns go through an extensive process to ensure proper cleaning. The gowns are inspected for all stains, loose beading, fallen hems ect... Next they are pretreated for spots and spills. After the pretreating they are carefully cleaned and pressed. Finally, they are ready for preservation. The gown is packed into an heirloom quality box with acid free tissue, and vacuumed sealed.
